Human resources are the key to the success of any company and any investment in them is valuable and worthwhile.
Come to team building from which we have high expectations due to the attractive topics that have been carefully selected. We all want to be healthy, feel and look beautiful as well as being surrounded by healthy and happy people.
The topics we chose are keywords: balanced nutrition, proteins, carbohydrates, fats, gluten, lactose, autophagy, sleepiness, fatigue, moodiness, motivation for sports activities, yoga, hiking, fitness, jumping rope, muscles, body fat and many more “hot” topics.
The summer is slowly coming to an end and now is a great time to motivate ourselves to keep the “bikini shape” and the mood and let the autumn depression become an uninteresting topic.

What will we learn?
• How to eat when we are at work, for lunch, on a business trip, before and after playing sports;
• How to recognize if we may have predispositions for sensitivity to gluten, lactose, etc.;
• Why are autophagy and veganism so popular?
• Why sleep is very important for a good day and how to improve it and how to breathe properly;
• How to help ourselves quit smoking or to motivate a loved one to quit (we promise we won’t be hard) ;
• How to recognize our emotions and how to react to them;
• Exercises that we should do when we feel without energy or when we are stressed;
• How to react in situations when we have a misunderstanding with colleagues.

How will we learn?
• Before starting this trip, you will receive suggestions with foods that are recommended to bring for consumption when we travel;
• At the hotel before some meals we will have lessons on what and how to combine what is offered for breakfast, lunch or dinner, so that we feel easy and the body makes the most of the food;
• We will have classes in nature to improve mental health, about how important physical activity is and how it affects us;
• We will learn how to motivate ourselves and how to maintain motivation;
• We will do moderate sports together.

What do we want to achieve?
• How to combine food and how to know what is best to eat at work, for lunch, on the road, before and after sports, etc.;
• As if we don’t have a bloated stomach after a meal;
• As if our energy does not drop and we do not fall asleep after some meals at work when we should be focused.

Bring only comfortable, warm and a piece of waterproof clothing, sportswear, yoga mat or any mat that we will use in nature classes, waterproof sneakers or shoes for the mountain.
We will bring magnesium for everyone, just in case 

9:00 p.m. – departure from the parking lot in front of SC Boris Trajkovski, traveling at night;

08.09.2023
11:00 a.m. – arrival, check-in and accommodation at the hotel, free time;
14.00h – meeting of the group and the first workshop for a meal on the mountain;
15.00h – lunch;
5:30 p.m. – group walk through Jahorina and breathing exercises to reduce stress and increase energy;
20.00h – dinner;
9:00 p.m. – fellowship/party of the group in the hotel restaurant, with healthy drinks  and dance music.

08.00h – group preparation and training for combinations of the daily menu at the hotel for a healthy breakfast for a light stomach throughout the day
09.00h – breakfast
10:00 a.m. – classes in nature for techniques for quitting smoking and for better sleep
3:00 p.m. – a slightly different lunch with an earlier hour for food (no meat, no dairy products, no eggs and no fish)
17.00h – joint walk and team game in nature
19.00h – Presentation and education “What is gluten?” Digestion of gluten. Foods with gluten vs. gluten-free foods. When should we suspect that we may be gluten intolerant?
20.00h – dinner
9:00 p.m. – fellowship/fun of the group with healthy drinks  and dance music

10.09.2023
08.00h – group preparation of a healthy breakfast for energy for the whole day
09.30h – Breakfast
11:00 a.m. – check-out and departure to Sarajevo (possibility of going down to Sarajevo by cable car)
3:00 p.m. – departure for Skopje with breaks along the way
Arrival in Skopje at night, with a good thought and a flat stomach.

The price includes:
• Bus transportation with a tourist bus;
• Accommodation in Hotel Lavina, Jahorina 4*, on a full board basis (breakfast, lunch, dinner) with the use of the SPA center included, tourist tax included;
• Transportation from the hotel to Sarajevo by cable car (depending on weather conditions);
• A different way of learning, playing sports and socializing!
